Comprehensive vacation property management for your Hawaii home.
Island Stays Hawaii takes care of every detail your property needs to excel: scheduling housekeeping, managing listings across booking platforms, and handling the touches that turn a good stay into a great one.
Best of all, with our performance-based commission model, you only pay for stays that earn a five-star review.
Our commission is fully adjusted based on performance. Any stay that receives a guest review below 5-stars earns us nothing on that stay.
Not a reduced commission. Nothing.
And even though guests sometimes leave 4-star reviews no matter how perfect the stay, that's a cost worth paying to keep our incentives aligned with our owners.
Below are real stays that we earned nothing on.

How does the commission work?
+
Our commission is fully adjustable based on performance. Any stay that receives a review below five stars earns us nothing. We're either the best property manager you ever have, or the cheapest. We don't publish a flat percentage because the structure is the point.
How long is the contract?
+
30-day easy-out. We don't believe in trapping owners with contracts. If we're not earning our keep, you can leave.
What does the Five-Star Guarantee actually cover?
+
Every stay's guest review is the trigger. Below five stars, we earn no commission on that stay. It aligns our incentives to the outcome you care about — consistent five-star performance — not just occupancy.
Book a free consultation — we'll walk through your property's numbers, our approach, and an honest assessment of what it could be doing. No obligation, no pressure.
